As this Pan Pan-Mass Challenge PMC (pmc.org) weekend approaches, I am reflecting on what this ride means; who it touches, why we do it and how you can help. Every single penny that is donated is another opportunity for the hospital to say, we've got a new trial that just might work for you. Every penny donated allows improved therapies, discoveries and support to patients, families and caregivers. We all have lost people close to us and unfortunately, we all know too many people currently afflicted by this horrific disease.

That's why we get involved. I've been a Crew Leader volunteer at the Mass Maritime dorms for the past 11+ years, and my son, Jonathan Levitt will ride his second PMC, my husband Lee Levitt will ride his 15+ and my daughter Rachel Levitt will volunteer with me again this year. And hosts of other friends and family are riding and volunteering; too many to mention. All I can say is thank you.

Here are three ways to donate your pennies and dollars.
1) Jonathan's ride: www2.pmc.org/profile/jl0364

2) Lee's ride: http://www2.pmc.org/profile/LL0033

3) And if you want to treat you or someone else you know to some gorgeous, handcrafted Silpada Designs sterling silver and brass jewelry, knowing that what you wear or gift to someone has a deep meaning, then PLEASE go to this dedicated link, SHARE THIS LINK KNOWING that the proceeds go to Jonathan and Lee's ride. http://sild.es/xkj

THANK YOU.
GOOD LUCK AND SAFE RIDING TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY RIDING. THANKS TO ALL WHO ARE VOLUNTEERING. AND IF YOU'RE STAYING AT THE DORMS, I'LL SEE YOU THERE!!!
